My mother-in-law is 88 and has never exercised a day in her life. She sits in front the TV and eats candy while watching soap operas all day. We made her stop smoking last year, but she still sneaks one once in a while. She is physically fragile, but OK for her age. Her mind and memory is still fine.
What can you say? She is older than most of us will ever get.

Very Thoughtfully written guide. It is refreshing to find such a gem among a pile of nonsense junk on the Internet.
Me and my husband both started working out following on your steps, and sticking to it. We didn’t suffer as we had following on other guides on “youtube”.
We have been on your workout plan for almost three months and have achieved noticeable improvements

It will be really great if you could put some clips of your own workouts on thee youtube.

    Thank you.

    Hello,
I just wanted to thank you for putting such a great instructional manual, especially for the older people. There is lot of stuff over the Internet, but for the beginners or fragile ones, most of it is out right dangerous.

Me an my husband both have started workout following your instructions. We are on it for more than three months now.

To help others, let me share it with all, since my husband started the Kegels, he doesn’t need Cialis any more! And, I am not worried about his heart.

    Thank you very much.
