    I found your article very useful. Many of us don’t realize the relationship between Copper and Zinc, and, consequently suffer. Thank you clarifying it:
    “a strong relationship exists between zinc and copper. Too much of one can cause a deficiency in the other. Long-term use of zinc (including zinc in a multivitamin) should be accompanied by copper – The optimal balance ratio for copper and zinc is 1 to 10.”

    Following on your advice I have switched to Zinc Picolinate. I notice the difference.
