Freedom, Democracy, and The Fundamental Human Right
All the Rights, without any reservation, belong to humans – No Authority and no Entity ‘grants’ or ‘bestows’ those rights upon them. And, there is no authority or entity, under any disguise, or under any pretext, that has the right to ‘rule’ or ‘govern’ humans – The Free People.
One of the fundamental human rights is the right to be eternally and absolutely Free. Free of the tyranny of a government. ‘Freedom’ and ‘Government’ are two oxymoron terms – These two terms are mutually exclusive and incompatible, either the people are free, or they are under the rule of a government. A Free people cannot be governed.
Human Rights and Freedom are inherent to human – no ‘Bills of Rights’ , laws or constitution ‘grants’ or ‘guaranty’ those rights. It is the Free People who promulgate the laws needed to administer their affairs. They are the only authority to present and establish the laws.
Free people do elect and hire an administrative body to mange and administer their affairs in accordance with their wishes. Such an administrative body has a social contract with the people, and is under its employment with the burden of fiduciary responsibilities. The duty of the administrative body is to earnestly implement the directives of the people. No more, and no less.
The administrative body elected by a free people, simply to administer its affairs, has no authority to make any ‘Laws’. The free people’s Elected Council (Congress/Parliament) initiates the formulation of laws needed to fulfill the wishes of its people upon the demand and directive of the people. The appointed administrative body has absolutely no say in this matter. The free people are the only one who have the authority to make and approve the laws needed to govern their affairs.
Being an employee of the people, the people’s Administrative Body has no privileges and no authorities, except what have been explicitly granted to it by the people in order to perform its assigned duties. The ‘Chief Employee’ of the administrative body, managing the affairs of a free people, is not enthroned to assume the title of the ‘President’ or the ‘Prime Minister’, nor the spouse of the person becomes the ‘First Lady’ or the ‘First Man’, and the family the ‘First Family’.
Even the notion that the Chief Employee of a Free People could be indulging in the luxurious lifestyle at the expense of his employers – the free people, is utterly absurd and ridiculous – it belongs only to a population subjugated and subjected to enslavement.
Either the people are Free, or they are Governed – The two states cannot co-occur.
The Fundamental Human Right
The right to self-manage its own affairs in accordance with its own wishes is essential to the existence and functioning of a free society in which every individual’s rights to freedom and enjoyment are assured. Beside having the right to makes its own laws and regulation in the interest of the collective, and to appoint an administrate body to manage its affairs, a free society makes sure that the rights of all its individual members to enjoy the fruit of their labor and work.
At the core of the human rights is the “Fundamental Human Right”, the Right to Own the Production – Whatever one makes or produces, belong to him/her – No one else has any right or claim on it.
What it means is that: Whatever one owns is the product of ones own labor and work. And, by the same token, NO ONE has the right to own, posses, or have control of ANY THING that is not the product of his/her own labor. A free society makes sure that this very Fundamental Human Right of all it member is preserved.
To insure the integrity of Human Rights and the Freedom for all people, a free society institute laws, and incorporate a system to monitor and correlate the possessions of all its members with their production. Every one is required to account for his/her possessions. If one is found to own or possess an asset that is not accounted for, it is stolen from other members of the society, and as such, is dealt very harshly – Theft and Robberies in a free society are not tolerated.
The tyrants like the Opium Queen and the Instant Billionaires of Russia do not exist in a free society – Since their only contribution to the society is the misery, theft, and death, that is what they have produced, and that is what they will own.
A free people recognize the fact that their collective wealth is the total production of its members. Every one owns the portion that is the product of his/her own work. The only way to have more is to produce more – possession of wealth in excess of ones cumulative production is deemed as a heinous crime against the humanity, and, as such, dealt accordingly.
Once this Fundamental Human Right, The Right to own The Fruit of ones Labor, is incorporated at the core of the social fabrics of a Free Society, the roots of tyranny, under any pretext, are rooted out for ever and people’s freedom is preserved.
Democracy: A Sub-Set of Human Rights
Human Rights, along with the Fundamental Right to Own Production, are inherent to each and every human being, as well as to the human society as a whole. In a free society, no one is permitted to deprive any individual, or a group of individuals, of its rights and freedom. The Human Rights are the part and parcel of every human, and cannot be trampled upon or taken away by any one, singularly or collectively.
Though, all the administrative decisions and the associated laws are made by a majority vote for the good of all, the human rights are not open to debate or discussions – They are simply inherent to each and every human being.
A free people don’t accept the majority’s subversion of minorities rights. Democracy is a “Sub-Set” of the Human Rights, and , as such, cannot override the Human Rights.
“Freedem” is nonsense and impossible as soon as you have more than one individual involved. In any other combination, you will have to arrange somehow with others and the way you define freedom will not be the same as what the next neighbour thinks about it.
The above is just a bunch of utopian blabber, sorry.
I think this is among the most significant information for me.
And i’m satisfied reading your article. However wanted to present my
observation on some common things; The website taste is ideal, the articles is really nice.
Just the right process, cheers
The question is; who is going to restore the fundamental human right, the Right to Own the Product – as you called it? People don’t even understand the meaning of Human Rights. When they celebrate the destruction of other countries, killing of other people, do they think about the Human Rights of those people?
It is sick to observe the behavior of most of the people.
Thank you for trying to bring in some sanity to this insane world.
Excellent! Very well written. The voice of all of us.
But who is going to establish such a just system where all the human rights of people’s are reserved?
Who is going to dismantle this global tyranny?
The truth is, this is all a pipe dream.
Very well written. But, who cares about the rights of other humans? This is the world of the wealthy.
BTW. I liked the way you framed your words, I mean literally.
Very true. The Fundamental Human Right is the right to own our own work, our own production. Who gives a dings about the “right to free speech” BS after this right. All the tyrant, the kings, queens, and the billionaires, are thriving on the loot of the working class’ work and production. Take away their “right” to loot, and all the misery and wars will end in a blink.
klara really????!!!!!! we all know how to be civilised, we don’t need a government to tell us how. if I’m not ‘allowed’ to govern myself, then how can anyone else be qualified to do so?
Love you
<3
No government. No authority. What are you promoting – Anarchy?
For the functioning of any civilized society, there must be a strong government.
Do you have a clue
Karla, You need to listen carefully to Larken Rose – and learn.

No you are mistaken. A very limited Governemt with massive limitations placed on them is what is required. The problem is very soon after being elected, governments simply stop being responsive to the people, but become very responsive to the elites. That is why there must be srtick limitation placed on them.
The appointed political leasders all become arrogant. They soon attempt to create lawss for everyone else except themselves.
Once people allow the government inroads into their freedoms or uses those same freedoms as bargaining chips for security, it quickly becomes a slippery slope to outright tyranny.
Governments comprise many thousands of faceless bureaucrats, at all levels of government, who have wide delegated powers to impose fines, refuse permissions, and generally ensnare in red tape, the hapless citizenry they’re notionally meant to serve. Therefore the limitations.
Me, my wife, and many of our friends have been hooked to your articles. Your theme is humanity, which is so difficult to find nowadays. But, in this essay, I have a feeling that you finished it up in a haste, rather abruptly. It seems like the Part I of the ‘Part II’ sort of essay.
Is there a Part II coming?
A good Philosophical Essay.
